An investment banker with legal background, Michael Baak has held senior positions at the HK offices of Korean financial institutions, responsible for private capital markets and structured products.
Prior to his financial career, Michael was a researcher on international science and technology policies, working with the Korean Government, global civil society and an OECD advisory body. He is also an attorney, admitted to practice in New York, USA, and had externships at Shearman & Sterling and the Office of Attorney General of New York State.
